I think in first principles, not frameworks. I'm more interested in what's actually true for your product than what the standard playbook says.
That means being willing to say "that's not your real problem" — even when it's uncomfortable. And being specific about where the leverage is, rather than producing a list of things that might help.
Before I touch any lever, I understand how your business actually works — how value flows from product to customer to revenue. Most growth advisors skip this step. That's why their recommendations don't stick.
